How do I reset or resend login details for teachers?

For safety reasons, you won’t be able to retrieve the password a teacher has set. Instead, you can reset it for them.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Users tab.

2. Click the three dots (settings) next to the student’s name.

3. Select Credentials.

4. You’ll see the student’s username and a Reset Password option. Click Reset, then tick to confirm.

5. A unique web link and PIN will appear.

From here, you can either:

• Click Copy Message and send it to the pupil (or parent) so they can reset the password themselves, or

• Copy the link into a browser, enter the PIN, and reset it on their behalf.
