Click2Teach — Primary Languages Network
Click2Teach

A scheme worthy
of your expertise.

Click2Teach gives specialist languages teachers a complete, flexible scheme of work — structured progression, rich resources, and the freedom to teach in your own voice without starting from scratch.

Built for specialists
You know your subject.
We give you the system.

Most primary languages schemes are built for non-specialists — they hand-hold where it isn't needed, and under-deliver where it matters. Click2Teach is different.

It's a complete, flexible scheme of work that assumes you know what you're doing. The progression is clear. The resources are rich. The documentation is thorough. But you teach it your way — with your voice, your personality, and your expertise.

You also get PLN's full subject leadership toolkit — assessment, tracking, coordinator development, and a community of specialist teachers who share your challenges and your standards.

Lesson structure
Simple. Consistent. Yours to shape.

Every Click2Teach lesson follows the same clear structure — so pupils always know what to expect and you always have a solid framework. But within that framework, you bring the creativity, the extension and the personality.

Click2Teach vs Video2Teach
Not sure which is right for your school?

Most schools use both — Click2Teach for specialist-led classes and Video2Teach for non-specialists and PPA cover. They're complementary, not competing.

What specialist teachers say
From coordination burden
to confident leadership.
"The support is amazing. Resources are well-structured and updated when necessary. Great progression across the scheme. Another plus is all the extras — policy help, planning documentation — everything is there."
Rachel Stewart, MFL Lead
"Helped an enormous amount getting our MFL curriculum to where it is now — with progression throughout school, a KS1 scheme, theme days, and hugely improved teacher and student confidence."
Terry Dobbins, MFL Lead
"Without PLN I really wouldn't be as confident as I am leading languages in my school. The coordinator development has been as valuable as the scheme itself."
MFL Lead, Primary school, England
Common questions
Everything you need to know.
What languages does Click2Teach cover?
Click2Teach covers French and Spanish from KS1 through to Year 6, and German from KS2. German KS1 is not currently available.
Can I use Click2Teach alongside Video2Teach?
Yes — many schools use both. A specialist teacher might use Click2Teach for their own classes while Video2Teach runs in other year groups delivered by non-specialists. Premium Plus includes both.
How much flexibility does Click2Teach give me?
It's a structured scheme — progression, vocabulary and objectives are clearly mapped — but it's designed to be taught by you, not by a screen. You can adapt activities, add your own materials and extend where your class needs it. The framework is the scaffold, not the ceiling.
What subject leadership support is included?
All PLN members get access to subject leadership resources, policy templates and documentation. Premium members and above also get CPD sessions with Kate Percival, online coordinator training courses and access to PLN network events.
Which membership plan includes Click2Teach?
Click2Teach is included in all plans — Basic (£200/yr), Premium (£275/yr) and Premium Plus (£395/yr). Premium and Premium Plus also include Language Boosters, CPD sessions and additional support. Premium Plus adds Video2Teach on top.
