Step 1- Stabilize the foundations

Where to start as a languages coordinator. This video walks you through the PLN Coordinator Hub — your planning tools, staff audit resources and monitoring templates — and explains why getting the foundations right makes everything else possible.

Step 2- Confident, consistent teaching

How any teacher: specialist or not, can deliver a brilliant languages lesson from day one. This video shows you how to access the non-specialist scheme (Video2Teach) and the specialist scheme (Click2Teach), and explains how the progression works from KS1 through to Year 6.

Step 3- Make Languages Everyone's Responsibility

How to spread ownership beyond the coordinator. This video covers the staff engagement resources, how to brief SLT, and how Language Boosters gives pupils a way to practise between lessons — building whole-school involvement without adding teacher workload.

Step 4- Turn Progress Into Evidence

How to make sure your evidence builds naturally from good teaching. Will walks you through the monitoring tools, progress tracking sheets, workbook assessment trails and Ofsted preparation resources on your dashboard.

Step 5- Create a Languages Culture to Be Proud Of

The finishing touch that makes languages visible and valued across your whole school. Will shows you the Celebration Toolkit, display templates, cultural event resources and the workbooks — and introduces the Languages Super Day with Emilie or Irene.
